TTKL Rules! [PLEASE READ]

Here at the Tatakai League, we want you all to enjoy your time here, while notinfringing too much on the fun of others. As such, we have created these rules for the members to all follow, and we expect you all toabide by these rules. We think we have been very fair to all of you and have picked rules that everyone can enjoy and live with.

If a user should break one of the below rules, they would receive ONE (1) STRIKE, unless otherwise noted beside the rule.

RULES:

1. Don't be racist or hateful.
   
2. Don't advertise potentially competitive websites. If you must, send the link to Chimmy92 in PM. (Exception: Informational sites like Serebii, Bulbapedia, Marriland, Psypokes, etc., and sites TTKL is affiliated with)
   
3. Don't post links to "unsafe at work" sites/media
   
4. Don't be a troll. A troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous,or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
   
5. Don't respond to trolls. This includes a PM or forum posts. Contact a moderator or admin if the problem persists.
   
6. Don't evade bans by making new accounts. (punishable by IP ban)
   
7. No illegal movesets, EV spreads, or abilities. No tolerance, not even for ignorance. (Exception: These Pokémon may be used for "Hack Battles")
   
8. Don't minimod: Basically, don't tell the admins how to do their job, such as "Ban this person," "Kick that person," "I think that so-and-so is annoying. You should ban them."
   
9. Images should not exceed 500 pixels width or 400 pixels height (200 pixels for signatures). Images that do exceed this limit should be placed in a spoiler tag.
   

STRIKE SYSTEM:

Messages:

1. When an offending message is posted, the message will be deleted, and the poster will be notified via private message and will be given a strike.
   
2. Strikes will be posted on the "Wall of Shame" thread located here.
   
3. When a user reaches 5 strikes, he/she will be banned or IP banned (at the discretion of the administration).
   
4. Strikes will be reset every 3 months for every member, except for those who have already reached 5 strikes.
   

Signatures:

1. When an offending message (image or otherwise) is noticed in a user's signature, the offending part will be removed without notice, and the user will be given a strike.
   
2. Strikes will be posted on the "Wall of Shame" thread located here.
   
3. When a user reaches 3 strikes, he/she will lose the privileges to post a signature.
   
4. Strikes will be reset every 3 months for every member, except for those who have already reached 3 strikes.
