Sample Umbreon.

Ok, this is basically a Health Stall Umbreon, and probably one of the most efficent (Or at least for me) *ALSO! I DON'T KNOW THE PROPER FORMAT*
Umbreon @Leftovers
Careful nature
31 IV's in each stat.
252 SP. Defense EV's 172 HP EV's 86 Defense EV's
Moves:
Mean Look
Toxic
Moonlight
Payback
This Umbreon is to Toxic the enemy. Mean Look is to make sure that they can't switch out. So that Natural Cure won't work. Or so that you can switch into anything else that can defeat it without any fear of it switching it out. Or if the enemies moves are not very effective you can set up. Moonlight is to heal itself and Payback is pretty much self explainitory.
